<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation material coated wire of which the external insulation material can be simply and easily pealed off and separated, capable of improving workability at construction site and efficiency of work. <P>SOLUTION: The insulation material coated wire 1 is constituted by covering outer face of an inside insulation material 3 covering a conductor 2 by a tape-shaped releasable insulation material 4 having the melting point lower than that of the inside insulation material 3, and covering outer face of the releasable insulation material 4 by the external insulation material 5 having such a melting point that thermally fuses the releasable insulation material 4. Since the part, where the releasable insulation material 4 and the inside insulation material 3 contacts, is free from thermal fusion, and the releasable insulation material 4 is completely separated from the inside insulation material 3 along their interface, the releasable insulation material 4 does not remain on outer face of the inside insulation material 3, nor a part of outer face of the inside insulation material 3 is peeled off when an external insulation material is peeled off, and the external insulation material at intended part can be peeled off completely. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
