<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device for issuing an information recording carrier which is compact, can be carried to the spot where a nursing care patient is at home, and also enables reading of information to an RFID, writing and printing of visible minimum information. <P>SOLUTION: The portable device for issuing the information recording carrier is equipped with a grip 3 for holding to support an issuing device body 2, a conveyance path 36 formed to convey the information recording carrier 50, an open port 20 leading to the conveyance path, an insertion opening 38 of the information recording carrier to the conveyance path formed at one side face, an issuance opening 8 formed at the other side face, a printing part 12 set in the conveyance path, a conveyance roller 13 which conveys the information recording carrier inserted from the insertion opening to the printing part, an RFID reading and writing part 9 which carries out reading and writing to an RFID inlet 55 of the information recording carrier, a platen roller which conveys the information recording carrier conveyed to the printing part, and a driving part 14 which rotates the conveyance roller 13 and the platen roller 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
