摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of regenerating control of an exhaust emission control system for performing regenerating rich control to restore the NOx eliminating capability of a NOx eliminating catalyst in consideration of the history of an exhaust gas temperature even when in an accelerated or decelerated condition during regenerating control, while efficiently restoring the NOx eliminating capability with the supply of a proper amount of reducing agent and preventing the flow-out of the reducing agent to the downstream side of the NOx eliminating catalyst, and to provide the exhaust emission control system. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control system 1 comprises a NOx eliminating catalyst device 21 arranged in an exhaust passage 3 of an internal combustion engine E. Herein, a map data is provided for calculating an upper limit value Qf0 for the supply amount of the reducing agent to be supplied into the exhaust gas corresponding to a temperature Tg of exhaust gas flowing into the NOx eliminating catalyst device 21. The upper limit value Qf0 is calculated from the map data depending on the temperature Tg of the exhaust gas and the upper limit value Qf0 is set as the upper limit of the supply amount of the reducing agent for fuel system rich control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
