<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which automatically gives feeling level evaluation values to feeling-expression words and phrases in texts, outputs a feeling-expression word and phrase dictionary and automatically gives feeling-expression evaluation values to inputted object texts. <P>SOLUTION: A morphologic analysis on text data 15 that an inputting part inputs is performed (11), and a co-occurrence probability computation part 12 detects both the number of texts which include one of a prescribed pair of feeling words which are opposite in meaning to each other and the number of texts in which object words and phrases included in the texts simultaneously appear together with each feeling word, and then computes appearance probabilities of the object words and phrases to each feeling word from a ratio of the former number to the latter number. A feeling level evaluation value computation part 13 computes a ratio of the appearance probabilities as a feeling level evaluation value.
