<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor thin laminated film for thin film resistor element on which a resistor element, capacitor components, and a stable high quality resistor thin film useful for a printed wiring board with built-in component are formed. <P>SOLUTION: The resistor thin laminated film is constituted such that a resistor thin film layer is formed on one surface of a substrate, and an electrode layer is formed on the resistor thin film layer. In the film, the substrate is a polyimide benzoxazole film which takes as starting materials diamines having a benzoxazole skeleton and aromatic tetracarboxylic acids, and which has a coefficient of linear expansion of 1 to 12 (ppm/°C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
