摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste by which a surface electrode having a large aspect ratio and a low electric resistance value can be formed, and to provide a photovoltaic cell which is equipped with a surface electrode formed with this conductive paste and has a large light reception area and a high photoelectric conversion rate. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive past for forming an electrode has a viscosity of 200-500 Pa s measured at 25°C and at a rotational frequency of 0.5 rpm by means of an E type 3°-cone viscometer and has a Thixotropic Index (viscosity measured at 0.5 rpm/viscosity measured at 2.5 rpm) of 1.5-4.5.
