PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage car allocation depending on sales, by grasping data on the taxi fare in real time. SOLUTION: The radio communication system is provided with a base station and a plurality of mobile stations, and employs a system of collecting information on each of the plurality of mobile stations on the base station by polling. Each of the plurality of mobile stations transmits information on occupancy/vacancy of the taxi at least for each predetermined time, fare information, and information on location movement including location information, to the base station. The base station has a central processing unit with a storage means, and records location movement information on the mobile stations for each predetermined time transmitted to the base station in the storage means. The central processing unit analyzes fare information on the plurality of mobile stations for the predetermined time period based on the location movement information, and transmits car allocation information to the mobile stations during the predetermined time period afterward based on the result of the fare analysis.
