PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure information collection/transmission method, a failure information collection/transmission program and a failure information collection/transmission system, allowing a failure solution support responsible person to acquire failure-related information necessary for failure solution immediately when failure occurs. SOLUTION: A failure information collection/transmission control means 17 automatically collects failure information by a collection means 23 of a failure information collection means definition table 14 corresponding to the failure information 22, about the failure information 22 of the failure information collection means definition table 14 corresponding to a start-up condition 44 among generated failure messages according with failure messages 41 registered in a failure information collection table 16, and having a use frequency 32 of a failure information use history table 15 of a use frequency threshold value 32 or above of the failure information collection table 16, and transmits the collected failure information to a failure information transmission means 45 of the failure information collection table 16.
