PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning panel device capable of being easily assembled in a short time at site and having excellent workability, satisfactory appearance after construction, and excellent strength. SOLUTION: This partitioning panel device is constituted by constituting a panel member by holding a panel basic member 8 by an external frame member 9 composed of a pair of upper and lower frames 10, 11 and a pair of left and right frames 12, 12, forming the upper and lower frames 10, 11 by plate-like members, forming each of left and right frames 12 in such a way that each of them is provided with an inclined face 29a inclined toward an outer side in the left and right directions when viewed in a plane and toward both fringes from the center in the direction of width on an inner side face where they oppose mutually, and piling up and assembling the panel members on an adjuster device arranged on a floor surface in one stage or a plurality of stages sequentially between left and right support columns 2 and 2.
