PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyance device capable of preventing a belt wrapped around between a plurality of conveyance rollers from being worn and damaged due to rubbing of members caused by its bias to one side and meandering during circulating running and having high reliability and to provide an image forming device. SOLUTION: A belt control roller is displaced in the direction for correcting a running position of the endless belt using a support shaft in a central part as a fulcrum by friction force given to a belt abutting detection part by the belt when the belt runs biased to one side and meanders and is abutted on the belt abutting detection part in both end parts of the belt control roller to return the belt to a proper position.
