PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a nanoparticle, in which a plurality of raw material solutions are mixed/reacted with one another while hindering the interaction of a wall of a minute flow passage with an intermediate reaction product or a reaction product and a flow velocity distribution is never generated in the minute flow passage. SOLUTION: A microreactor 1 having the minute flow passage 3 packed with a reactive solution is conveyed by using a conveyance route 12 and the minute flow passage 3 is put in an oil bath 15 and heated to advance a reaction. After the reaction is completed, the minute flow passage 3 is taken out of the oil bath 15 and cooled rapidly. As a result, the nanoparticle can be manufactured continuously while conveying the microreactor having the minute flow passage in a temperature-controlled zone by using the conveyance route.
