摘要 The invention relates to a piston engine operating according to the floating cup principle. The piston engine comprises a driving shaft which is connected to a carrier plate (6) in a rotationally fixed manner. Pistons (7a, 7b) are fixed to the carrier plate (6) respectively by means of a fixing section (15). Abutment surfaces (18) are respectively provided on the pistons (7a, 7b) for the transmission of axial forces, said abutment surfaces being supported on a surface (13a, 13b) of the carrier plate (6). The cylinders (8a, 8b) are held by means of a stop plate (27), in the axial direction, on a drum plate (9a, 9b) that is also connected to the driving shaft in a rotationally fixed manner. The relative position of the stop plate (27) is determined by spacers (35, 36) in relation to the drum plate (9a, 9b).
