A waterproof layer of a concrete structure and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent breakage, expansion, contraction, distortion and crack against moisture or ultraviolet rays by improving endurance, and to protect a concrete surface by easily and partly repairing the waterproof layer. A waterproof layer of a concrete structure prevents moisture from being infiltrated into the concrete structure, and comprises a concrete layer(10) formed in a floor of the concrete structure, a first waterproof layer(20) formed in the concrete layer by spreading a permeable waterproof agent on the concrete layer, and a second waterproof layer(30) thinly formed by spreading a compound containing a mixture including cement, sand or silica and the permeable waterproof agent at the rate of 1:1~2:1 on the concrete layer after forming the first waterproof layer. The permeable waterproof agent is manufactured by mixing water soluble adhesive with a mixture including carboxyl group monomer and calcium sulfo-aluminate compound. |
