A button type fixing device for a net of a trunk is provided to prevent the net from escaping from a hook, by permitting a button to press a stopper at the state where the hook is fixed in a housing. A button type fixing device(100) for a net of a trunk, comprises a housing, a button, a hook, a button spring, and a hook spring. The housing is fixed at a side trim(10), and has an accommodation space. The button is fixed in the housing so that the button is rotatable by a predetermined angle. The hook is fixed in the housing, and has a stopper which gets caught at a lower end of the button. The button spring is fixed at a button hinge formed at the button so as to restore the button. The hook spring is fixed at hook hinge of the hook, and rotates the hook so that one end of the hook is protruded outwardly from the housing when the button is escaped from the lower end of the button.
