A structure of a sandwich composite panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce working hours by assembling a thermal insulation material with a panel, to improve working efficiency by restricting inflow of foreign matters, and to improve quality of the sandwich panel by preventing separation with a wedged fixing piece. In a structure of sandwich composite panel(P), guide rails(41,41') are fastened in contact surfaces of an upper composite panel(10) and a lower composite panel(30) contacted to a thermal insulation material(20) by using a double-faced tape, and combined with wedged fixing pieces(40,40') by sliding. The thermal insulation material is inserted between the upper composite panel and the lower composite panel, and pressed and combined by the wedged fixing pieces. Finishing caps(60,60') are inserted at both sides of the sandwich composite panel, and combined with assembling pieces(61,61'). The guide rails are horizontally and vertically combined with the insides of the upper and lower composite panels.
