<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable timepiece having a radio communication function, capable of surely recognizing the consumption of a communication battery. <P>SOLUTION: A watch 1 is equipped with: a timepiece movement 5 functioning as a timepiece; and a communication function section 25 capable of controlling an operation of a corresponding communication equipment by performing radio communications with the communication equipment. A timepiece control section 31 of the timepiece movement 5 performs a voltage monitoring control of monitoring a voltage of the communication battery 23 which supplies an electric power to the communication function section 25, and operating a reporting section 33 when the voltage becomes equal to or lower than a prescribed voltage, in order to report the state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
