<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a denitration catalyst maintaining a high denitration performance and having remarkably reduced SO<SB>2</SB>oxidation activity. <P>SOLUTION: In a production method of a denitration catalyst of which oxidation activity is oxides of titanium and molybdenum or oxides of tungsten and vanadium, a molded body consisting essentially of oxides of titanium and molybdenum, oxides of titanium and tungsten or oxides of titanium and silicon is formed as the wet-type substrate of a catalyst and a V-rich catalyst powder is carried, dried and fired on the surface of the molded body. Thus, the objective catalyst maintaining a high denitration performance and having SO<SB>2</SB>oxidation activity reduced to about 1/3 of that of the conventional catalyst is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
