PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques that can prevent peeling of a conductive layer or lines, in the periphery of a terminal from advancing. SOLUTION: A display panel has a conductive layer 101 extended outside a terminal, wherein the conductive layer 101 has slits SL1, SL2 on two end faces 101d, 101e along the extending direction, these slits alternately formed running from one end face toward the other end face. Thus, when an end portion of the conductive layer 101 peels off, the conductive layer 101 is bent or cut in the region 101c where the slits SL1, SL2 are formed, and this prevents further advance of peeling.
