PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect which wheel is mounted with each transmitter without reading ID information by a user. SOLUTION: A first trigger machine 5a is arranged at different distances from both front wheels 6a and 6b, a second trigger machine 5b is arranged at different distances from both rear wheels 6c and 6d, and, when a first trigger command is received from first and second trigger machines 5a and 5b, a transmitter 2 reduces sensitivity of a receiving antenna 25. When a second trigger command is generated from first and second trigger machines 5a and 5b during the sensitivity reduction, because of the attenuation of the receiving selectivity of the second trigger command in the transmitter 2, the transmitter 2 mounted to the closer side wheel from the first and second trigger machines 5a and 5b can receive the second trigger command, and the transmitter 2 mounted to the far side wheel cannot receive the second trigger command.
