PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyamide-based mixed resin-laminated film roll capable of being smoothly subjected to bag-making process due to lamination in a good yield and capable of efficiently obtaining a package extremely enhanced in gas barrier properties and free from an S-shaped curl. SOLUTION: In the polyamide-based mixed resin-laminated film roll, a vinylidene chloride copolymer resin layer is laminated on the surface of a taken-up film, a first sample cutting part is provided within 2 m range from the winding completion of the film, a final cutting part is provided within 2 m range from the winding start of the film and, in a case that a sample cutting parts are provided every about 100 m from the first sample cutting part, physical properties such as the content of an elastomer, tensile elastic modulus, a boiling water shrinkage, a refractive index in a thickness direction, oxygen permeability, etc. are adjusted so as to become a predetermined range of fluctuation width with respect to all samples cut from respective cutting parts.
