PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal sheet capable of enhancing a flexibility of a flexible printed-wiring board. SOLUTION: The metal sheet for the flexible printed-wiring board comprises at least one layer of a copper plating layer 2 comprising a gathered body of crystal grains having an average grain diameter of not more than 2μm formed on at least one side of a base material sheet comprising a copper foil or a copper alloy foil.
