PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser module for reducing the number of components, and also to provide a manufacturing method of semiconductor laser module for simplifying adjustment of an optical axis. SOLUTION: The number of units and the number of condensing lenses can be reduced in view of reducing the number of components by providing a semiconductor laser 101 for transmission, a light receiving element 103 for reception, and a half-mirror 104 on a substrate 106. Moreover, since the number of condensing lenses 130 can be reduced to only one, the adjustment of optical axis which has been required twice in the related art can be reduced to once.
