PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode to be an electric contact for efficiently extracting/injecting carriers from/into an organic semiconductor thin film, and a highly electrically conductive layer forming a current path for passing a current, both of which are generally applicable to many molecular materials. SOLUTION: This organic semiconductor device comprises a first organic semiconductor layer constituting an active region of a thin film transistor, and consisting of weak electron-donative molecules, and a pair of second organic semiconductor layers formed to be overlapped on the first organic semiconductor layer and consisting of a strong electron-acceptive molecules. The interfaces of its first and second organic semiconductor layers are made to be source and drain regions of the thin film transistor and a led out electrodes thereof. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
