PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding and fixing belt for a human body section suitable for easily winding and fixing the section for traumatic treatment, growth prevention, relapse prevention and the like of the foot joint, the wrist, the thumb and the like in the human body sections, and, to be concrete, to provide the winding and fixing belt for fixing the foot joint section (winding and fixing belt for fixing the wrist and the thumb) in which the number of parts is lessened as much as possible and which is simple and bilaterally symmetrical. SOLUTION: In the winding and fixing belt for fixing the foot joint section made of a winding sheet to be mounted on the joint section of the human body, a rubber sheet material as a back face side member is stuck to a sheet-like raising member on the surface side, and the winding sheet stuck with an adhesive is cut in a nearly T-square shape. The winding sheet is of a right-left symmetrical shape around the central line C of a vertical part, and L2/L1 is≥2.0 and≤10.0.
