SOLUTION: In the practice equipment in tennis, baseball, etc., a vertical support 4 is erected upward and an inclined support and a supporting rod 10 are attached in the front and rear diagonally downward via a connection fitting 3. The distal end of the inclined support is attached to the base board, and a height adjusting rod 5 is attached to the vertical support in such a way as can vertically slide. The practice equipment also has a ball receiver 1 made of an elastic material connected to the upper end of the height adjusting rod via a tubular body made of a soft material for absorbing impact.
