PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which can efficiently performs the input of various commands in fluoroscopy/photographing using the foot of an operator. SOLUTION: In the case of fluoroscopy/photographing to a subject 150, a foot pressure distribution metering section 9 meters foot pressure distribution data in the click action of the foot which the operator performs with a pressure distribution metering mat which he himself has. Subsequently, the profile data generation section 16 of a command signal generation section 10 forms the profile data of a tiptoe section and a heel section based on the foot pressure distribution data and a profile variation detection unit 17 forms various command signals based on the time variation of these profile data.
