PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dispersion fan with a uniform light emission effect. SOLUTION: The heat dispersion fan dominantly comprises a frame, a circuit board, a fan wheel, and a light emission unit. The frame includes an annular frame, a base located at the center of the annular frame, and a plurality of rods connecting the annular frame to the base. The circuit board is installed on the base. The fan wheel is installed on the circuit board in a rotatable state, including a plurality of light transmissive fan vanes annularly installed on a fan boss and its outer peripheral face. On the fan vanes of the fan wheel, a plurality of light guiding grains are formed in a crowded and distributed manner, whose surfaces are slightly irregular to show a mist-surface form. Thus, when beams from the light emission unit is projected to the fan vanes, a uniform distribution effect is achieved to brighten the whole heat dispersion fan and improve a visual effect as a whole.
