PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal-insulation/airtight/ventilation repair structure of a building, which prolongs the life of the building and prevents the induction of sick house syndrome, by enhancing energy-saving properties and amenity through the use of easy low-cost construction, and a method for repairing the thermal-insulation/airtight/ventilation repair structure of the existing building. SOLUTION: This thermal-insulation/airtight/ventilation structure 2 comprises: an approximate plate-like thermal insulating material 26 for a foundation, which is fastened to a foundation section 3 of the existing building 1; an approximate plate-like thermal insulating material 28 for an external wall, which is fastened to external wall sections 6 and 8 positioned on the upper section 3a of the foundation section 3 of the existing building 1; and an approximate cotton-like thermal insulating material 32 for a ceiling, which is blown into the upper section 16a of the second-floor ceiling section 16 of the existing building 1. An upper end of the material 26 is positioned on a sill 4 or the external wall section 6, higher than a lower end 4b of the sill 4 of the existing building 1 by 5 cm or more; the foundation section 3, and the external wall sections 6 and 8 can be put into the state of high airtightness; and the ceiling section 16 can be put into the state of low airtightness.
