PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper system which can properly absorb vibrations generated in a joint between a column and a beam, and which can be easily maintained. SOLUTION: A prestressing beam 20, in which a plurality of prestressing members 21 are connected together, is joined to a prestressing member 11 of a prestressing column 10 via an unbonded prestressing steel bar 24. The damper system 30 is equipped with a rod member 31 which is formed of mild steel with tensile strength lower than that of the steel bar 24 and a tensile strain higher than that of the steel bar 24. Both end sides of the rod member 31 are detachably fixed to a column-side fixing implement 32 and a beam-side fixing implement 33. Thus, the rod member 31 is elastically deformed during earthquakes, so as to function as a damper. Additionally, since each part, except the rod member 31, of the damper system 30 is not damaged by earthquakes, maintenance operations can be easily completed by the replacement of only the rod member 31.
