Constructional element (1) comprising fiber-reinforced composite parts (2a, 2b) connected by an elastic joint (4) is produced as an integral unit by an injection molding process such that at least one layer of fibers (5) passes through the joint into both composite parts. An independent claim is also included for producing a constructional element as above by placing a semifinished fiber material in a space for the joint between semifinished fiber structures for the composite parts, placing an elastic body on top of and/or beneath the fiber material in the space, and injecting resin into the fiber structures by a vacuum injection method.
