Provided is a clothes drying machine that has a sterilization function and a function of wrinkle prevention, to enable drying and sterilization at the same time during dry and to remove wrinkles of the dried clothes. The clothes drying machine performs a sterilization dry operation by: deciding if a user selects a dry stroke(S100); blowing hot air into a rotatory drum by operating a heater(S110); sensing temperature and humidity of clothes to decide if drying is completed(S120); if drying is not completed, feeding water to an ion generator(S130) to operate the ion generator(S140); operating a steam generator(150) as a steam heater is heated; spraying nano-silver steam(S160); deciding if the nano-silver steam supply has lapsed a predetermined amount of time(S170); if so, stopping the operation of the heater(S180); sensing temperature and humidity of clothes to decide if drying is completed(S190); and ending the operations of the ion generator, steam generator and drying fan(S200).
