A telecommunication system box is provided to increase a cooling efficiency of a communication system by installing a double heat insulation member between double steel plates of a sealed body. A telecommunication system box includes a body(110) protecting an internal system from destructive factors, a door(112) pivotally installed to a front surface of the body, and a cooler(140) installed to one side of the body. The entire side of the body is made of a double structure consisting of first and second steel plates electroplated with zinc. A heat insulation member is interposed between the first and second steel plates, so that the sealed body is heat isolated from solar heat and radiant heat.
