STRIP FOR DIAGNOSING PREGNANCY AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING PREGNANCY USING THE SAME

A pregnancy diagnosing strip is provided to be able to accurately and simply diagnose the pregnancy status of Korean native cattle or milk cattle before and after 20 days of artificial fertilization without expensive equipments, and accurately diagnose fertilization-failed animal so as to minimize days open of the animal. The pregnancy diagnosing strip comprises a lower end portion consisting of a porous thin film-type film(2) and an upper end portion consisting of a sample absorbing paper(4), and is characterized in that a control line(5) coated with pregnandiol glucuronide-bovine serum albumin(PG-BSA) and a test line(6) coated with anti-mouse IgG are installed at the lower end portion. The width of the strip is about 5 mm and the length of the strip is about 50 mm, the porous film is a nitrocellulose membrane having a pore size of 5-12 micrometers and the test absorbing paper is cellulose.
