<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure for a one-way clutch capable of carrying out lubrication of a roller without deteriorating durability. <P>SOLUTION: By slanting an extending direction 26a of a lubrication passage 26 supplying oil to the roller 40 of the one-way clutch with respect to a rotary shaft 20a axis of an inner race 20, and slanting it with respect to a rotation axis 40a of the roller 40 as seen from an outer circumference side of the inner race 20, in comparison with providing a lubrication passage in parallel with the axis of the roller 40 as seen from the outer circumference side of the inner race 20, the number of thin parts formed between a roller rolling surface and the lubrication passage formed directly below the roller 40 when the roller 40 stops on the lubrication passage 26 can be reduced. By this, in locking of the inner race 20 and an outer race 30, stress of the roller 40 hardly concentrates on the thin part, deformation of the thin part is prevented, and deterioration of the durability of the one-way clutch can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
