PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having an excellent mechanical strength and bonding force toward a polar polymer. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic cross-linked rubber composition consists of (A)≥1 kind cross-linkable rubber-state polymer selected from an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer produced by using a metallocene catalyst and containing ethylene and a 3-20Cα-olefin, a homopolymer rubber of at least 1 kind of a conjugated diene-based monomer, or a hydrogenated rubber having≥50% hydrogenation rate of the total olefinic double bond of a copolymer rubber consisting of a conjugated diene-based monomer and an aromatic vinyl monomer, (B) a thermoplastic resin and (C) a thermoplastic rubbery polymer containing an aromatic vinyl monomer unit modified by≥1 kind selected from an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative, an unsaturated epoxy monomer and an unsaturated hydroxy monomer.
