<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an image having a proper density corresponding to an analyte, even when contrast of a radiation image is heightened. <P>SOLUTION: Imaging is performed by a color CCD camera, while moving a head 17 in the direction along the tube of a tubular analyte 16 or in the rotating direction around the tube, by using a nondestructive inspection device having the head 17 wherein a radiation source for irradiating the tubular analyte 16 with a radiation, a color light-emitting sheet for emitting light in a plurality of colors by the radiation, and the color CCD camera for receiving emitted light in the plurality of colors are integrated in a body; and also by using an operation processing device 21 for heightening photographing sensitivity relatively by matching together each sensitivity characteristic of the color light-emitting sheet and the color CCD camera, separating image information including a plurality of color signals emitted from the color CCD camera into RGB signals, and detecting the signals respectively as independent image information in each color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
