PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a below space of an operator, when pedal operation is not required. SOLUTION: This turning work vehicle has a step 12 on a front part of a turning base frame 5, and is formed by arranging pedals 67 and 68 for operating a hydraulic actuator on the step 12; and is constituted so that a base part of the pedals 67 and 68 is longitudinally rotatably supported, and can be operated by abutting on an operation member of the hydraulic actuator when rotating the pedals 67 and 68 backward, and is held in a state of abutting on the step 12 when rotating forward.
