PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector facilitating attachment of a sleeve to a coaxial cable and capable of increasing fixation force between a sheath and the sleeve, and to provide a manufacturing method of a coaxial connector. SOLUTION: This coaxial connector 10 is so structured that an internal conductor terminal 14 is connected to an internal conductor 20 of the coaxial cable 12; the sleeve 32 is arranged in a peripheral part of the sheath 26, where a braid 24 is folded back thereto; the inside surface of the sleeve 32 is stuck to the peripheral surface of the sheath 26 via an adhesive 30; and a barrel part 34 of an external conductor terminal 16 is crimped in the periphery of the folded-back part of the braid 24, folded back to the periphery of the sheath 26 via the sleeve 32. In this manufacturing method, when the braid 24 is exposed by peeling off the sheath 26, the sleeve 32 is fixed at a predetermined position of the periphery of the sheath 26, and the sheath 26 is peeled off, together with a part of a tip of the sleeve 32.
