PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage files even if the number of the files to be managed, including video files, increases. SOLUTION: The file system information includes a file identifier descriptor and the file entry that describes a video file recorded position. The file identifier descriptor has a descriptor tag containing 257 and the described information. The file has a descriptor tag containing 261 and entry includes a short allocation descriptor which contains the length and position information of the extent.
