PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus of a slot-in system wherein the contact of components with each other and the limit of the rotation of a conveyance roller caused by the contraction difference of the components due to temperature change is suppressed, an optical disk can smoothly be conveyed even when temperature is changed, and loads on a driving motor and a driving force transmission mechanism are reduced. SOLUTION: An optical disk conveyance mechanism 3 is attached to a main chassis 1. A roller energizing part 101 coming in contact with a roller gear 323 provided in a conveyance roller 32 and preventing movement of the conveyance roller 32 in a shaft direction is provided at a side peripheral wall 10 of the main chassis 1.
