PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the freezing of water in gas in a gas introduction passage due to the residence of the gas in the gas introduction passage. SOLUTION: A surge tank 7 is formed by mutually joining both parting face 2, 4 of a first half 3 having the first parting face 2 and a second half 5 having the second parting face 4. A intake introduction hole 9 is formed in the second half 5. Between a parting face portion 2b of the first parting face 2 on the side of a rear wall 3c and a parting face portion 4b of the second parting face 4 on the side of a rear wall 5c, the gas introduction passage 27 is formed which has a gas exhaust port 29 formed in one end above the intake introduction hole 9 and opened into the surge tank 7 for exhausting the gas into the surge tank 7. The gas introduction passage 27 has a gas introduction port 28 formed in the other end above the gas exhaust port 29 for introducing the gas into the gas introduction passage 27.
