PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof having high thermal insulation efficiency. SOLUTION: The upper surface of a tie beam 103 is formed in the horizontal, and a tie beam panel 7 formed of a face plate 7A and a thermal insulating material 7B is fitted in a square space 6 surrounded by vertical and horizontal beams 3A and 3B of the tie beam 103. The thermal insulating material 7B of the tie beam panel 7 has form dimensions just fitted to the square space 6 of the tie beam 103, and a thermal insulating structure without a gap is formed.
