PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece rotating device, performing deep hole boring for an eccentric hole in a workpiece. SOLUTION: This workpiece rotating device 11 includes: a body 1; a housing 2; a spindle 3; a clamper 5 having a tapered part 5a on the inner peripheral surface and provided with a plurality of pin-like connecting parts 5c projected on the rear end face 5b; an eccentric collet 6 mounted on the tapered part 5a of the clamper 5 and having a groove part 6a at the rear end part; a positioning ring 7 fixed to the spindle 3, having an engagement part 7a engaged with the groove part 6a of the collet 6, and retaining the position of the collet 6 with the plurality of pin-like connecting parts 5c inserted in a plurality of opening parts 7c formed in a flange part 7b; a positioning plate 19 fixed to the positioning ring 7 to position a workpiece W; a collet pressing knob 17 fixed to the end face of the pin-like connecting parts 5c of the clamper 5 rotatably journaled by bearings 9a, 9b with the inner peripheral projecting part 8a of a piston 8 held between them; a clamp mechanism E; and a rotary driving mechanism F.
