A method for producing a lamp supporter of ceiling lighting and a supporter are provided to obtain a high gloss reflection surface through a glass material and a high floodlighting property. A method for producing a lamp supporter of ceiling lighting includes the steps of: forming an internal tube(1) made of a milky and opaque glass material, covering the internal tube with an external tube(2) made of a transparent glass material, and forming a spiral projection pattern(3) on an outer surface of the external tube(2); heating the internal/external tubes(1,2) below a melting point, bending the tubes(1,2) as a curved line, and hardening the tubes(1,2); covering each end of the hardened internal/external tubes(1,2) with finishing caps(4,4') having an internal screw hole and fixing the end outer side of the tubes(1,2) to an inner side of the finishing caps(4,4') through an adhesive agent; and coupling the one-side finishing caps(4,4') with a lighting body and the other side with a lamp socket.
