The invention relates to a guiding system (1) of a device for producing fibre preforms in a TFP method for composite components consisting in placing and fixing a fibre strand (3) to a support layer in an almost any trajectory curve, wherein the inventive guiding system (1) is mainly used for guiding said fibre strand (3). According to said invention, the guiding system (1) comprises a through opening (2) provided with a variable cross-section geometry for passing said fibre strand (3) and is applicable in the area of the device sewing head used for carrying out the TFP method. As a result of the variable cross-section geometry of the through opening (2), the width of the placeable and fixable fibre strand (3) can be enlarged, for example in the trajectory curve sections having small radius of curvature in such a way that unwanted local thickened areas in the trajectory curve sections are avoided. A control and adjustment system is preferably also used for controlling the device sewing head trajectory which is used for the TFP method and for controlling the variation of the cross-section geometry of the guiding system (1). The inventive guiding system (1) makes it possible to refit in a simple manner aforesaid devices for producing the fibre preforms for composite components in the TFP method. |
