SILVER TOWN OPERATION SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and a method for operating a silver town are provided to save an operation cost of the silver town and assign income opportunity to old persons who reside in the silver town by giving them an employment opportunity of the resided old person based on an age and a care level. A silver member information storing part(30) stores member information comprising age, disease history, and profession information, and asset information of each member who resides in the silver town. An age classifier(42) classifies an age range to be employed and the age range needing asset management by accessing the age information stored in the silver member database. A care level discriminator(44) discriminates employable persons from the age range classified as an employable state on the basis of the disease history information. A job aptitude test part(46) outputs job seeking information fit for the silver member by comparing the profession information of the silver member classified as the employable state with the previously registered job seeking data.
