A folding screen type multi-stage folding book for multiple functions and a multi-stage folding book are provided to enable a user to read both sides of an inner paper by using a first or second combining member turned at 360 degrees. The folding screen type multi-stage folding book for multiple functions is composed of an inner paper(110) folded like a folding screen and formed with plural surfaces; a pair of covers(121,122) formed at both ends of the inner paper; and a combining member including at least one of first and second combining members and restraining the inner paper from being unfolded. The first combining member comprises an elastic ring(130) of which one spot is combined to one cover to cover and fasten a pair of covers; a first rotary combining band(141) of which one side is rotatably joined to one cover, having a first button unit(141a) on the other side; and a first button combining unit(142) formed on the other cover and joined with the first button unit. The second combining member comprises a second rotary combining band of which one side is rotatably joined to one cover by a second button combining unit, having a second button unit joined with the button combining unit and formed on the other side and a third button unit disposed between the second button combining unit and the second button unit and a third button combining unit disposed on the other cover and joined with the third button unit.
