A process for producing a biodiesel using 1,3-specific lipase and non-specific lipase is provided to maximize production efficiency of the biodiesel by simultaneously using 1,3-specific lipase and non-specific lipase, thereby obtaining high conversion ratio and reducing the reaction time. The process for producing a biodiesel comprises the step of using an oil and fat and an alcohol as a matrix and adding 1,3-specific lipase and non-specific lipase to the matrix at the same time. The 1,3-specific lipase is a lipase derived from Rhizopus oryzae. The non-specific lipase is a lipase derived from Candida rugosa. The process comprises the step of using the 1,3-specific lipase and the non-specific lipase at a weight ratio of 1:5 to 5:1. The lipase is an immobilized lipase. The oil and fat are selected from natural oil and fat, processed oil and fat, and waste oil and fat. The alcohol is selected from methanol, ethanol, propanol, and butanol. The step is performed by reacting the 1,3-specific lipase and the non-specific lipase with the matrix at 40 to 50 deg.C.
