A glass sheet having a frame, a manufacturing method, and an application method for the same are provided to prevent users from getting hurt by a sharp edge of the sheet and to reinforce the sheet by forming a complete or partial plastic surround at the sheet. At least a portion of a peripheral part of a glass sheet(1A) is protected by a plastic frame(2A) or a plastic frame part. The frame or frame part comprises or has a surrounding element(3A) coming into contact with the edge of the sheet. The shape and size of the frame or frame part are formed enough to insert the sheet kept at high temperature after molding, into an inner space of the frame or frame part. The frame or frame part is formed by cooling and shrinking plastic discharged from a mold.
