A self-emission panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent abnormal luminescence by performing a surface treatment on a surface of a conductive layer. A first conductive layer, a film layer, and a second conductive layer are selectively laminated on a substrate(2). An arranging layer(4) is formed on the first conductive layer(3a) in order to arrange an aperture portion for forming an illuminating region. A surface treatment is performed on the aperture portion. The film layer(6) is formed on the first conductive layer performed the surface treatment.
